Orientation Support
These orientation sessions provide an overview of Literacy in Action. You can watch them in any order, anytime, and as often as you like. Each session runs between 10 to 15 minutes.

Literacy in Action explicitly focuses on three comprehension strategies in each unit.
This means you have choice around which one(s) to highlight for your students. And you can highlight the same strategy several times throughout the year.

The following correlations organize the units by strategy. This makes it easy to find the units that focus on a strategy need.
As well, each correlation includes the reading levels for all selections in that unit.
