Through our new collection of fantasy decodables, Moonlit Mountain Readers, beginning readers are immersed in vibrant worlds while also getting systematic practice with essential phonics concepts following a carefully sequenced progression that aligns with most phonics programs. Pax and Zen are two best friends that love treasure hunting. Pax loves to collect treasure, while Zen loves to dig. While hunting and digging for treasure, they find something unexpected: an egg. The egg hatches revealing a creature inside. The hatchling, Red, has the power to light up and can help them search for treasure.

A girl named Lin lives in the desert with her best friend, Fennec, who is a fox. One day, they find a mysterious teleporting motorcycle. The motorcycle takes them to unexpected places such as snow-covered landscapes, New York City, and even back in time where they encounter dinosaurs. They find messages before each trip that makes them curious about what they will find there.

In Sky Vale, there’s a team of Sky Sprites who control the seasons and weather. Gris can control the rain but feels as if his magic isn’t fun.
