A Sales Order Acknowledgement (SOA) will be sent, via email only, each time an order is placed. The SOA will confirm each product within your order.

Payment Terms

Pearson Canada payment terms are Net - 30 days.  Please contact our Credit Dept. at 1-800-232-6556 or by email at credit@pearson.com for questions regarding your account with Pearson Canada. 

Returns Policy

Purchases of active and out-of-print titles may be returned for credit, provided your return is received at our returns address within 12 months of the original invoice date.

As of June 2018, the return process will involve requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) document from Pearson in advance, and including the document with the product(s) you intend to return.  You can request an RMA by contacting customer service via phone, email or fax.  The RMA will then be emailed, or mailed to you based on your preferred method.  This standardized and streamlined returns process will enable us to process your returns more efficiently.

Please note: Fountas & Pinnell Literacy product cannot be returned once opened. For any questions or concerns on missing or damaged items please contact customer service at 1 (800) 361-6128 or school_inquiries@pearsoned.com. Proof of damage along with a return authorization is required for a replacement.  

No right of return is granted for licensed software, subscription based digital products (Applications, eText,  content websites, downloads, etc.) as well as audiovisual and multimedia products (CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, cassettes).
