Understand your return and exchange options
Print resources are accepted within 12 months of purchase date with authorization. Books must be unused and in resale-able condition. Heinemann, Custom prints, Software and Texas instruments products are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged. To ensure credit is correctly applied, please contact Customer Service (school_inquiries@pearsoned.com) to obtain an RMA (Returns Material Authorization), and have your invoice number or packing slip at hand. Permission must be requested for extensions of the return period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
