Print Products
Print products are accepted within 12 months of purchase date with authorization. Books must be unused and in resale-able condition. Heinemann, Custom prints, Software and Texas instruments products are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.
Digital Products - No Refunds
The following digital products are non-refundable once purchased:
- Amira
- Matific
- Read 180 / Math 180
Other Digital Products
For other digital products (such as eTextbooks or access codes), refunds may be issued within 15 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product has not been redeemed, or
- The refund is approved by the School Inquiries team
Digital refunds requested outside this timeframe or for redeemed products are not eligible for refund.
To ensure credit is correctly applied, please contact Customer Service (school_inquiries@pearsoned.com) to obtain an RMA (Returns Material Authorization), and have your invoice number or packing slip at hand. Permission must be requested for extensions of the return period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
