Cross-Curricular Connections
We've taken the Cross-Curricular Challenge.
And Literacy in Action makes more cross-curricular connections than Nelson Literacy.
Literacy in Action is designed, first and foremost, to develop literacy skills in students across all the strands. But making connections to other content areas is important for robust learning. And Literacy in Action4-6 provides more opportunities for teachers to make these connections.
At every grade. In both Science and Social Studies1.
