Examination Copies

Examination copies of selected School Division books will be made available for adoption consideration to those directly responsible for evaluating and selecting materials for classroom use. Due to rapidly increasing publication costs, some books, and all duplicator masters, and kits, have been placed on restricted sampling. Some can be obtained on approval. Software, transparancies, BLMs are not available on approval.

Requests for examination copies are granted by our local Territory Managers. You may contact a Territory Manager directly or ask for more information through our main office location in Toronto.

When requesting examination copies please give complete information, including:

  1. the kind of books to be adopted
  2. the book you wish to consider
  3. when and in what quantity the book is to be used
  4. all other information that will help our representative to grant your request quickly and serve your needs efficiently
