Basel - no my name is Denis Cousineau and I'd like to talk to you about from Oso MIDI and I'd like to talk about lactose hacia the social actor this is an important element and this is going to require an important collaboration between student and teacher and basically the object of this rapport is to develop a strong sense of confidence and a strong sense of competence or and so that the learner will develop many competencies at the upfront basically what we're hoping to achieve is to develop this sense of I'm learning the language to become a responsible Canadian citizen in as a Canadian citizen my role is to have 21st century skills and those skills are really significant in second language and especially in this country in FSL basically what we're trying to establish is this bottom line where I'm an active sociale at least at level a - which means that I can face most social situations most authentic situations where I need to use the language and make myself understood quite clearly basically I will feel competent whether I'm a client whether on a server whether I'm a salesperson or a truck driver I should be able to navigate with my skills and make myself understood and never feel lost because this is happening in French I will have develop a sense of confidence and basically I can go back and trace this rapport that the teacher used in Mali so maybe we're basically confidence and competence were part of developing a social life
